What is To the Altar?
TO THE ALTAR stems from a certainty: every celebration of love is the meeting of two stories that, from that moment on, decide to tell themselves as one. Here, we nurture that encounter with the care reserved for the truly exceptional. Every tradition is interpreted, every detail understood and celebrated in its uniqueness, and every decision is carefully crafted step by step (each stage meticulously planned), from the first contact to the final toast. Every vendor is carefully chosen, and every selection is made with intention. The process flows effortlessly because the work is entirely ours: all you have to do is enjoy it.
The concept
The name stems from a choice of movement. 'To' represents direction, journey, the path to the altar, and not just the destination. That's why it occupies a prominent place in the logo itself, accompanying each couple at every stage of the planning process, with clarity and care.
Stamps, postal markings, handwritten notes allude to letters and journeys: to the movement of those who carry more than one story with them, to celebrate without renouncing who they are.
More than a destination, a feeling of belonging, wherever love gathers.
Behind the Altar
I was born in Brazil, with dual Brazilian and Spanish nationality. I grew up in a fusion of languages, cultures, and references that continue to shape my perspective on every wedding I officiate.
I moved to Barcelona and learned firsthand what it means to miss home even when you love where you are. That's when I understood: near or far, home is where you feel like yourself.
Before immersing myself in the world of weddings, I studied Psychology and spent almost a decade working in recruitment, leading teams in different countries. Ultimately, what I've always done is understand people and what they need . What I love about weddings is precisely that, in its fullest form: spaces where everyone feels connected, welcome, and part of something meaningful.
It was that passion for people and for finding the right match that consciously led me to what I do today in Catalonia. I manage every process with meticulous attention to detail and a genuine commitment to excellence, so that all you have to do is enjoy the journey.

A closely guided process, decision by decision, so that you arrive at the day of the celebration having experienced that journey naturally and feeling represented.
